pc running slow problem

just re booted pc and its running so bloody slow its doing me head in.
some times on line the page has too be clicked 3 or 4 times to get it to change.
but all programs are running slow.

What is running in the background? Have you run a spyware removal tool? What is loading at startup? More info required

yeah have a look and see if u have lots of proggies on startup - check spyware using adaware or spybot!!

How large is your HD - is it full up??? Have you run defragment recently??

What about Shutdown process? Slow?

Do a Defrag, Reg Sweep, Cache clean, etc...

Some regular maintence never hurts.
