nero help

on the any nero i have used i can never copy a dvd. it always says the dvd im coping todoesnt have enough room on it, but it does.
and the newest nero out when i grab files like i used to it comes up with a message like "this wont make a playable dvd"
any ideas????

ive used 1 click copy dvd but its too slow.
any help on nero or help with other software i could use will be nice

are you trying to back up an original dvd? you could try using dvd decrypter

Are you trying to straight copy a dual layered disc onto a writable DVD? That won't work. Need to compress or otherwise get it down to approx 4.5gigs.

If you are copying straight from a retail dvd(sorry, backing up not copying), try dvd shrink, will work with nero to back up most dvds

could also be the difference in size between +r or -r
