McURL appears to be some kind of download manager installed on your system, probably as a BHO (Browser Helper Object), and may very well be the cause of your problems. Try traditional uninstallation methods and if that fails then treat it as malware.
i'm using IE version 6.0 on Win Me, also what i s malware.

malware = software designed specifically to damage or disrupt a system.
Try using spybot, adaware, hijack this and cwshredder and see if that helps any. Also make sure your virus defs are up to date. I would also use firefox as suggested.

I also noticed you are using ME, which is probably the most buggy version of Windows out there.

Everyone seems to be on this "beta browser" kick.
There is absolutely NO reason to switch from a tried and proven browser to beta software.
It is true that Microsoft's default Security Setting on Internet Explorer was a bit too trusting, but it is still the user's responsibility to harden the settings on your browser for better security. The setting are there on Internet Explorer, even more so than any other available browser. All that's happening here is that these beta browsers have learned from Microsoft's experiences and hve adjusted their default security settings as such. Furthermore, the beta browsers combined do not have one tenth of the user database that Internet Explorer has so no one writes exploits to target them. As they become more popular you can be guaranteed that will change.
This is coming from someone who uses Internet Explorer, Opera and Firefox.
These beta browsers are not any better.
Learn how to harden the security settings on your IE browser, it is your responsibility.
