Epson Printer Service Required ???

Every time i try to print from my Epson C42 i get a message saying

"Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life. Contact your dealer for replacement."

Is there a way around this as it was working fine until i changed a cartridge and now this error wont let me print anything.

Edit : Looks like my Waste drain ink pad is full and needs re-setting.

Anyone know a way to do this ?
