Internet Explorer Hijacked!!!

Hi all,

My work pc has become a nightmare to use as Internet Explorer has been hijacked!

I keep getting popups even when I'm not surfing, and when I click on links I get random search pages come up instead of the page I wanted to go to! How the hell can I remove it?

Please help me someone....

do a google for adaware, spybot search and destroy, and hijackthis, install them and run them, should fix the prob. make sure that they are updated with the latest engines or files

Now you should ditch IE and start using Mozilla firefox.

scan and whipe your system with Search&Destroy or Adaware, this will most likely take care of your problem.

Minor word of advise: get rid of Internet Explorer quick... it's crap...! Dumped it a few months ago and got Mozilla Firefox. I didn't experience any virus or spyware trouble ever since...
