nero backp data question

i want to make a data backup of tv shows.
IT say "you are about to create a multisession write once dvd disc. session no.2 and aboce will not be readable with some dvd-rom drives and operating systems pirir to windows xp." i want to add more data later on in this dvd r disk,so i cant? in cdr i can add data over and over.
should I:
burn multi
burn with out it

what this means is that:

session 1 will be readable by all drives that can actually read dvd-r
session 2 + above will not work in some drives

aslo you must be running xp for session 2+ to show

your best bet (if u dont mind using a disc up) burn a multi session dvd and test it, but note it may not work in ur m8s drives or even if u upgrade ur drive

I want it to be able to read in my friend drive also. i test one and check.

If U know Nowt about Multisession with DVDs, DON't DO....You'll get more Frisbies then U ever need.....Best Bet is to Save those TV shows in a Folder n Burn when ya got about 4.3Gbt.....If u doing it via a Stand Alone DVD Copier/Player then use a DVD-RW....
Multisession can be a Very Bad Pain in the Butt...
