svcd problem to big for disk

hi all i downloaded a rar file of a svcd and it seems to be 810mb i cant extract it using nero 6 to a svcd cause it says there`s not enough space on the disk so i got a 90 minute disk and it still says not enough room on disk can any-one help me get this film onto disk it`s the first part of 3 disks and the other 2 are ok because there under 700 mb
i tryed it on my lg writer and my pioneer 106

thanks again to oggy for contacting me and fixing my problem i couldnt find the overburn feature on nero 6 once i activated that and burned it slow it fitted on to a 90 min disk
