Im not 100% but it sounds like a small program/trojan that will download the proper trojan from the internet somewhere. People send these as they are very small (some around 4 kb) so as to not make the victum suspicious. If you have a firewall it would of blocked it from downloading the trojan and thats why this is the only trojan your anti-virus found. But your better off doing a google search to find out exactly what it is.

I would do a disk clean up, and delete you temp internet files, where its probably residing.

I believe that either Spybot S & D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download) or Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) will take care of this. Please update them first before running.
