PCSX crashes when loading a game!

Got the bios file scph1001 and go to load the image tekken3.bin. It goes to the loading screen and crashes. Whats wrong is it possibal the bios is corrupt?

ps1 emulator has the most glitches of all the emu's I've played with.

the compatibilty list which can be found here (http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?act=ST&f=17&t=69250) lists the game unplayable.

Tekken 3 does not work with Hle or Bios *works with V1 -skorchir
