How much is this PS2 worth?

Basically I have an older Playstation 2, Version 2 modded with a Neo 2.2 chip. System is in excellent cosmetic condition. The modchip seems to be going. It no longer plays dvdrs, but boots CDR backups fine after a few attempts..lol. The ps2 comes with a Version 1.9 Gameshark, 3 old ps2 originals, 2 psx originals, and a spindle of about 60-70 ps2 backups. I'm just trying to get a consumer's opinion on what this system would be worth...any help appreciated guys as a local guy wants to buy it, but I don't want to rip myself off...much appreciated..

Hey butcher, it sounds like the laser might be going bad so its hard to say. A broken ps2 goes for around $50, and a used one for around $100, so I would say somewhere in between there :)

60-70 backups probably around $50-70, the rest of the stuff is hard to say.

But then again these are bst (wholesale) prices. If selling locally should be able to get more than that.

You could search BST for simlar systems. Probably around $100-125

at the minute the PS2 in england is still selling for £100 which is quite a rip because the xbox with 2 games is also been sold by argos for £100
