CloneCD - Cloned?

Are there in fact two variations of CloneCD?
While attempting to get some information on CloneCD I ended up with two completely different CloneCD Home Pages!!-

CloneCD1 (http://www.clonecd.net/)

CloneCD2 (http://www.slysoft.com/en/)

Are these two related to each other?
If not then which one is the "original"?

cloneCD2:slysoft bought the original clonecd from elby n is supposed 2 continue it
cloneCD1:the last version elby produced is found @ zat site ;)
