I'm having a slight problem with my wireless network. I Have a DWL-G520 wireless PCI card, and a DWL-120+ USB wireless USB device (Both D-Link cards). I finally got my network running, but I can only get a max of 30 kilobytes a second on the laptop, regardless of if its local, or internet traffic.
Both computers have Windows XP, and I've tried various channels, and setting the speed to both auto, 5mbps, and 11mbps to see if it makes any difference, but it doesn't.
I'm not sure if it makes any difference or not, but I could not get either computer online unless I bridged both the wireless network connection, and the wired connection (even on the laptop, even though there isn't a wired cable going into it).
The signal on both is Excellent, and I've tried 2 different antennas. There are no phones or anything anywhere near either computer, which I usually run about 3 feet apart from each other, but sometimes about 15 feet if I'm in the other room.
Any help will be appreciated!
