Hey All!

I was just wondering how to implement a group policy accross a network, without actually going to each machine. We have a network of 390 users from 26 computers (win xp pro) (on a domain) onto a server with Windows 2003. Is it in the active directory? I want to apply things like stuff you can find in XP when you type gpedit.msc into run. I have also downloaded the Group Policy Manegment Console.

I wanna restrict the other users and not the administrator! (Am I right in saying that you put the users you want to restrict in a different group to the administrators)

Thanks For Any Help!!!!

---> Update,

I went to the active directory, richt clicked on the container selected properties. click the group policies tab, made sure only the users were affected. Right clicked on the forest(i think) then selected edit. THen the console came up I applyed one policy (size limiting) and then closed it. Then I logged in on one of the users accounts and the restriction was not there!!!

Ne1 know what i did wrong? Sorry to bother again!
