Can anyone tell me the best cdr media to use for vcd and nero?

Princo have a good rep for working with picky players. Then again maybe you don't have a picky player.

Thanx m8, it is more the fact that i have been told that my burning problems could be down to poor media, however i use datasafe cdr's

For CD-Rs I recommend no less than Taiyo Yuden. They produce top notch quality media regaurdless of format. Bottom line is that if your player won't read Taiyo Yuden media then it won't read anything. You can either order Taiyo Yuden CD-Rs or you can be gauranteed to find the Taiyo Yuden dye on Fujifilm CD-Rs that are MADE IN JAPAN. They must be the ones made in Japan as the other ones are cheap and crappy media. Game systems are notoriously picky with what they read for media but my PS2 reads my Taiyo Yuden CD-Rs without a hitch. In addition Taiyo Yudens will outlast most other brands (very durable) provided you take care of them.
