File Extension?????

Lo All.

I used vcdgear to rip .bin file to mpg, but when the file is changed there is two files produced with the extensions ".mpeg" & ".mpeg.rsrc" :insane:

I tried to run thru TMPGEnc Dvd Source Creator but it says its an invalid format.

Any Clues as to how I can author this file to a dvd compliant file?
