PC to Mobile text messaging (UK)

Is there a free programme that allows PC to Mobile text messaging (in the UK). I don’t have a mobile (I know I’m the only person left without one!)

Why not just sign up to somewhere like www.o2.co.uk (http://www.o2.co.uk)? They do free texts.

Why not just use AIM?
I no in the US you just send an IM to the # and add a "+" in front (like "+15551112424" (actually, i can remeber if the 1 is needed ;)) Try it and see what happens...

messenger also works, although you can only text people who have a phone registered under their msn handle

Tried O2, the problem is I don’t have a phone, so I can’t register. Thanks for the other advice but no one has a phone registered under their msn name! I’ll do a search for AIM now.
