What's the best mod chip solution for the newest version PS2???

Can anyone give me the best solution for PS2 modding. Price doesn't matter.

I wouldn't say one is "better" than another. DMS has been out longer and the Matrix has auto boot for PS1 and DVD movies. Other than that, they are pretty much the same...
