How to play XBOX360 games stored on an external usb hd

Is there a way to play Xbox 360 games stored on an external/internal hard drive, the Wii and PS3 can do that.

Only on the HDD onboard but you will still have to have the game in the tray... sorry I know what you have there because I use to do the same thing on my PS2 but you can't go off-the-fly the same way with the 360......... :(
