recently got some new hardware and upgraded to Windows 7 x64 Pro but getting a lot of blue screens now.
Can someone help with this?

You might want to remove what you just put in and only try one item at a time then you might find out which one is causing the problems?

after excessive troubleshooting, it's something to do with the motherboard/RAM combination. Auto settings on the motherboard bios don't seem to set up the RAM correctly and MemTest returns errors when the RAM is dual channel.
Currently doing various things to solve this. Increasing NB voltage to get it stable in dual channel (motherboard has a reported NB overheating issue though, keeping an eye on that one), updating the BIOS, running the RAM at 1333 instead of the rated 1600 as there seems to be an issue with the AM3 memory controller at 1600, and tightening the RAM timings to compensate for the slight speed dip at 1333.
