Do Kinect and latest update work ok with backups?

As the title suggests. I haven't updated yet because I've heard some rumblings about the latest one (with Kinect built in) stopping backups working.

Also wanted to know if Kinect backups are working fine?

From what i read, any games with AP2.5 are not loading up, and its said that most kinect games have this and arn't booting. Only from what ive read though.

i got one yesterday and have latest dash and can confirm dance central works fine, checked it and its wave 3 if thats any help?

downloaded all the releases and will update if they work as i do them

No, just certain new games. i.e. Fable 3

Just updated via Need For Speed Hot Pursuit and neither that or create which worked fine 5 minutes before the update will load.....halo reach ...Apache air assault ...black ops and others work fine so its only some games that will not play:(

oh blimey. Looks like they may have found a way of stopping new backups from loading.
Does Fable 3 work if you don't upload??

If you have a butchers at xbox scene you will see in the news items all about it. Basically to cut a long story short, theres new protections in some new games, which means with the new dash, these games wont boot. LT + is in testing, this when flashed will mean we can play all the new games with this new protection.

New fw is out, LT +. Flash to drive, run new games through new abgx, does all the work and adds the ap25 patch so the game is *safe* and boots fine.

Got my kinect today, just played backup of fighters uncaged works no prob. Kinect is a different kettle of fish i tell ya lol! Defo worth the money from my initial experience.
