How to get exploit started
These are generic instructions but sums it up in nutshell it works for all dongles

1. Buy a PS3 dongle
2. Get software to flash dongle with appropriate hex (usually you can find info on store where ever you purchased the dongle)
3. Pick appropriate hex for exploit or downgrade Google search "Dukio" "Psgroove", "hermes V4", or"PL3" and you will find something
4. Follow instructions from flashing software to place code on dongle
5. Download any "package" that you would like to install on a fat32 usb stick
6. Follow appropriate instructions for booting your particular dongle on your model PS3
7. Place USB drive with package in PS3
8. Under the games tab go new "install packages" folder
