xbox360 not showing up on media sharing

New to all this so bear with me plz

Trying to connect 360 to pc which is in the same room hard wired via router.

Conecting to internet is fine on 360 and pc.

When I go into WMP11 and allow sharing there is no device to seclect. When testing pc connection on 360 = network: unknown & pc: unknown

Tried to ping 360 from pc with no luck
Disabled windows firewall and antivirus firewall

Had a call from Xbox TS and turned out to be my antivirus/firewall (comodo) which was blocking the ports, I thought I had disabled it but it stops in the registry when PC fires up.:laugh:

Once uninstalled PC picked Xbox straight away now just need to figure out what ports to open (windows firewall opens ports via WMP).

Enjoyed music/vids on the TV
