msn and facebook hacked help

hi my daughters got msn and facebook and theres a person asked her to do something but then hacked both msn and facebook accounts and changed her password now my daughter cant get on to her old msn or when she opens a new msn accont she hacks it straight away can anyone help been in touch with facebook and they blocked her
is ther anyway i can stop her blocking my daughters account as i think she has her email account and she as also hacked into my daughters friends and blocked her accounts :cheers:

Contact MSN and Facebook - about all you can do. Tell them the situation and provide details proving it's yu and they should change the pass for you. Btw no one really hacked it - your daughter essentially fell for one of the social engineering plots to get her to give up her login info. ;) My mom has done the same.

Also ... when you get back up and running, strengthen the passwords .... i.e. use a combination of numbers & letters and use a good number of characters, at least 10.
Using date of birth or family names, is not good enough, as someone who knows you/her, can easily guess these ;)

all sorted now thanks for advice
contactacted msn had to fill form in with details regarding issues and they sent emails back resetting everthing
the problem was my daugters email was open for everyone to see so this person stole emails as it was only hotmail account and when she couldnt get password right it sent password straight bach to her as when you try to log in it says have you forgot your pass you ask for hew one and then they take over your msn its happened to a few people so make sure you go into settings on msn ad remove email etc its been ok since hope this helps anyone else with same probs:cheers:
