pop up on startup

since yesterday when i start pc i get a warning pop up
upgradenetframework
thats exactly how its spelt no spaces and just an ok button. press ok and pc fires up fine, have tried updating but vista says its all upto date. all i installed was a youtube grabber which ive now uninstalled. have scanned with avg,spybot,malwarebytes and sas and nothing found, have tried system restore to before it was happening all of no joy. not important just a bit of a pain id like to get rid of, thanks

Try scanning the system with SuperAntiSpyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/). Also, check the Startup group in Start/All Programs to see if it's there.
