I've seen a few differing answers to this one so I was hoping could someone clarify a 100% for me...can I take the 120Gb HDD from my banned 360 (installation not supported etc), and simply plug it into my new, unmodded 360??

I mean, the fact it came from a banned console won't flag the new console or anything stupid right (esp. since it isn't modded)? And what about moving saves etc from the blocked 120Gb to a new 20Gb drive?

Any help would be appreciated.

basically buddy as far as i know, just stick the hard drive on the other console thats all i have done and is perfect, but any saves you have made playing games on the banned console will be corrupted.....but only after it was banned.

You can plug it into the new one, but you can't then put it back onto the banned one or it will corrupt everything saved since it was banned.

There is no easy way to transfer from 120GB to 20GB on a console - you would need to copy from the 120GB onto a memory card or internal memory and then swap the drives and copy to the 20GB.
