192.168.2.1 type that into your browser and hit enter. This will allow you to access the router settings, your password is blank by default so just hit enter when it asks for one. I don't know what ports your going to have to foward though.

you need to at least forward port 6881 (i think- the more the better re: download/upload speed e.g. could forward 6881-6890) from your pc's ip to port 6881 on the router- can't really explain in detail as i don't have a belkin and all the routers have different same methodlogies but look for a port forwarding, in the belkin router set up which can be accesseed usually via going to 192.168.x.1 x usually is 0,1,2 dpending on the manufacturer

you could (depending on the bit torrent client, change the port the client uses to one of the ones thats open e.g. 80)

Here's the port fowarding setting you should be adjusting.

yeah so put trigger start as 6881, trigger end (however more you want to put in say 9) 6890 (these ports are dependent on the client you are using most of the bit torrent derivatives such as shadows, bt upnp and bit tornado by default use 6881 and up- others may use different ports but nearly allow to change these)

then in public ports 6881-6890, and i think only tcp is required so in that drop down bar on the right change it from both to tcp and then tick enable and save it and see if it works better now

virtual server is how you setup dhcp for the router.

You can disable the built in firewall, but I wouldn't reccomend connecting online without a firewall. Zone Alarm firewall as an alternative firewall might wrok.
