MS Exchange 2003: private emails

Hey,

How do 'delegates' or people with full access permissions view users emails that are set to 'private'?

Havent done this for a while but from memory, the premissions are set by the users rather than within Exchange, you shuold be able to use group policy to add/remove private access rights.
