Cant move files from 1 drive to another

My son bought a transfer unit on ebay for migrating his stuff onto a new drive. he also thinks he can mod his profile etc...

I downloaded a wee prog to drag and drop from the xbox hdd to pc and then pc to new hdd... prog works ok but the partition looks different in the program and when I try to drag back onto the new xbox drive it wont let me...

Anyone have any suggestions...

If the console is modded you can download the Xbox 360 Transfer Disc which will do it all from the console. With the PC app, you may need a modified version depending on the size of the new hard drive.
