ps3 hard drive getting full

ok i own the 80gb model

but for some reason its coming up that the hard drive has less then 2 gb
worth of space left.

the only thing i got on there is pain the game download and zombie one
which is less them 2 gb.
and save games.

i know that when you load ps3 game up it downloads to a folder ?????
but not sure where this is located.

anyone know where to look
as surely the hard drive should not be this full as its a 80gb version

①　Verify that the power indicator on the PS3 system is solid red, and then turn off the MAIN POWER switch.
②　Turn on the MAIN POWER switch, then touch and hold the power button.
③　Keep touching the power button even after you hear a short beep after 5 seconds.
④　After 10 seconds, you will hear another short beep and the system will shut down (release the button at this point).
⑤　Touch and hold the power button again.
⑥　Continue touching the power button even after you hear a short beep after 5 seconds.
⑦　Release the button when two short beeps are emitted after 7 seconds.
⑧　As instructed by the on-screen message, plug in the ps controller and press the ps button, then select one of the 5 options to repair file structure etc

tried this same thing happen looks like hard drive was corrupt
so had to restore the machine and start all over again
