making films brighter

hi can anyone suggest a good proggy for making say, cam films brighter,as you know some of the films are to dark

You might want to try the search button next time, although in this case all I needed was Ctrl+F as the post was still on the first page.

There is no setup, just an EXE. Run the EXE and it gives you the (commandline) options. Here they are anyway though:

Usage is :
m2vrequant.exe [ignored_recompression_factor] [ignored_quality_factor] inputM2Vsize brightness_delta input.m2v output.m2v

As you can see compression settings are ignored. Only the brightness is changed.
