It's flashed with 1.4 and wanna play stuff like Trails HD

If you mean you want to play all of those XBL games that have been released recently, then you need an older kernel version 360 and you need to mod it. Keep in mind you won't be able to play Wave 4 games as the kernel update that allows you to play them will prevent you from playing the XBL games.
