hi guys im in need of some simple help with my audio drivers.
just installed windows 7 onto an asus a8v vm se mobo.
i installed realtek hi def audio drivers (2.88) r2.37 everything was ok until i rebooted and i lose the drivers.
can anyone help me out?
i also noticed when i reboot it says found new hardware and it updates pci bridge? (i will get exact reading shortly)

Your mobo has the Realtek ALC660 5.1 so please try this HD driver (http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false).

cheers, gonna give it a try shortly.
any suggestion with the 'blinking screen'. only way of describing it is , when the pc is doing something, (installing software) the screen goes black then back to normal and keeps repeating itself
