blue screen when i power up the 360

hi i just get a blue screen when i power up the 360 - can it be fixed?whats the problem with it?

What do you mean by blue screen?

Completely blue with no other output or standard output (Dashboard games etc) with a blue colour going through them?

Also have you tried different outputs? VGA, AV, DVI and HDMI? All the same issue?
