Favorite/Best Xbox 360 Games?

just bought an xbox 360 and need to buy some games! Thinking about getting gears of war...what are some other good games?

if its online gaming ya like all the call of duties are excellent as ya can play on them for as long as ya like and never get bored,but start from modern warefare 1 as there aint hardly anyone online on the ones before lol...

Yeh agree with sway for online game, gears of war 1 was awesome online back in its day tho!

Offline play, assassins creed 1 + 2 are good campaign games, 2 prob the better of the two

I would tell you but I can count the number of games I have played on 2 hands (despite owning 450 or so) so I don't my limited knowledge would be useful.
