CISS SYSTEM for the CANON IP4600

Right just got the printer / CISS system of ebay and all seems to be working

It already came with cartridges full of ink and connected to the bottles etc

I took the plugs out of the tops of the ink storage bottles and put the air filters in


Now what do i do when i want to fill them up ?

Do i just pour ink into the bottles before they get empty?

Ist it better to leave the printer on all the time or turn it on and off as i need to?

I always leave the printer on. I have been told it helps keep the print heads electrically charged (which helps stop the ink drying up) im not sure how true this is though.

Also to fill the bottles up simply pout the ink in but make sure you do it before they run right down as it will cause air locks and they can be a pain in a Continuous Ink System.
