graphic card fans

I have a leadtek winfast geforce4 TI4800 128mb 8x VIVO,DVI AGP
with twin fans on it but one has stopped working
is it possible to buy new ones

Still under warranty?
If you are lucky it may be replaced with one without fans.

Sure, my advice would be to remove it so that you know exactly what it looks like. Then buy a new replacement one. As to where to buy one in the UK, I have no idea. If I were looking for one here, I guess I would either grab it at a swap meet or from a place I know that specialises in cooling products.

there is 3 or 4 months warranty on the pc and hardware as the card came with the pc
i will contact them tomorrow

i have removed the card and bought a new graphics card Leadtek Winfast A380TDH GeForce FX 5950 Ultra 256MB DDR MyVIVO it's brilliant but fairly heavy for a card
