where can i report an illegal website address??

i was searching something on the net and came across a website with illegal content. i came across it while searhing for something that an innocent child might search, and im afraid they too may find this site accidentily, as the name is very popular. i dont want to name it as i dont want people going there.

anybody know to whom i should report the site? (it's UK based)
