windows 7 driver issue ?

just installed windows seven on a laptop

Acer Aspire 5520G Tu64 X2 4GB 250GB VHP 15.4in NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS HD DVD
when i go into device manager i cant find a driver for the COPROCESSOR

tried of the driver disc and tried looking on the net
anyone help me out please

I believe it's included in the chipset driver.
