Nope. Bungie never did give a release date (prior to nimble's post) but said it would be done when it was done. M$ and the media speculated leading to the consumer confusion. Oh and it'll be more than good if it was anything like the first. Online multiplayer? C'mon, you know that alone is worth it.

Games get pushed back all the time so I wouldn't be surprised if M$ doesn't realease this until after the Yanks Thanksgiving Day or even until Christmas of this year...marketing sense.
