Best To Make Files Into ISO For The PS2
System?

Record Now Max does a good job, you can also use isobuster or dvd decryptor.

I think you've missed read my post.
I wanted to make all these files/folders
INTO 1 ISO file not extracting a ISO. Thanks
for the help though and about the last post

Can also use CDRWin ... even the free trial version will do to build an ISO.

all the above does make files into ISO.. most CD burning program does this... Nero.. too
