ive searched but cant seem to find whats the difference between um ? anyone no

e is only without browser, and n is without browser and media player.

Yep the 'E' stands for Europe version, which is supposedly without a Browser.
Having said that, there is talk now that a Browser may be included.

cheers guys , i got the ultimate version off msdn 64 bit on dual boot so just checked and it has ie8 and mplayer 12 , i was having a look at what differences there were between all of um and wondered what the E and N mean as it hasnt got that on the msdn site .

The reason the E and N exist was because you guys in Europe had forced M$ to take those components off for a "fair business practice". :)

?? i thought it cos of u guys and them being afraid of being sued again ? dont supose you no which is best version to get enterprise , home or ultimate , i just want it for home use , my sis has the msdn account and is the tech 1 .

when i do a search for it on there site it says
No results found for "enterprise".
Please check your spelling or try searching on a more general term.

Enterprise is actually the Ultimate version for volume licensing. It's (Enterprise) actually identical to Ultimate, feature-wise.

Yep, Windows 7 Ultimate & Enterprise versions are just like XP Pro & XP Pro Corp. They have the same features and they're different in the registration/activation.
