How can I get my usb flash drive to work on Windows NT.

I don't think NT supports USB. Might be wrong.

Try the latest service pact from M$, otherwise no their isn't, except upgrade OS's.

If your talking about NT 4.0, usb is not supported. I believe there is third party software that can enable the use of usb on NT 4.0

There are third party USB drivers for NT4, but sadly, these are very restricted in what they can be use for, but most of them are purely to drive a very limited range of printers.
As suggested, an upgrade is most likely to be a far better idea.

On the upgrade note, the min. specs to run 2000 are very low, so you should have no problems upgrading your OS.
