Virus has left something on my computer!

I was notified the other night that there was a trojan horse virus detected on my computer and that norton could not access the file, i then deleted all internet files, history everything i could think of then scanned with norton and it found nothing. But when i load up my computer and norton cleansweep deletes all temp files and internet history, there is always 136.00kb of internet history which it doesnt delete, this has only happened since the virus alert. Does anyone know how to find out what this is?

You can log into safe mode and delete it. Reboot continuosly hitting the f8 key then select safe mode. Also try running spybot and pest patrol. Update your virus definitions also.
