problem accessing USB memory stick

I have a corsair Survivor 32Gb USB memory stick which has suddenly stopped allowing me to access the files on it?
It does not show up on my computer at all and the red flashing light does not show when it is connected.
Have tried everything to retrieve the info and now I am struggling.
Can anyone advise me as to what I can do please, it did not come with any software btw. Really need to get this info from the stick

the red flashing light does not show when it is connected.The flash drive might be dead and nothing you can do to retrieve the data.

This will sound stupid but you can try wiggling the stick around a bit also and see if it lights up at all. I had 2 poorly made PNY sticks that needed this method within 1 week of getting them.
