ImTOO is Xiolsoft. :) At some point they changed the name to ImTOO.

For some reason the videoro crashes half way through. I used main concept, takes ages..

CloneDVD Mobile (http://www.slysoft.com/en/clonedvd-mobile.html) is a good one.

Edit: Sorry, just realized that you wanted to convert from AVI's and such. Try Nero Recode if you have Nero 9. Make sure to set the resolution to 320x240.
