Has anyone installed one of these? No matter what I try I can't get it to work correctly.

It's a rather lengthy problem, so I was wondering if anyone who had prior experience in installing this would mind if I contacted them?

AFAIK Movable Type is a CMS (content management script), or it can be used for blogs too I believe. Never installed one, but what's the problem?
