i d/l splinter cell 2 and painkiller...unpacked em to their bin and cue files only to find the files were to big for a cd so i opened splinter cell up with isobuster and extracted to hdd all the bins (4 in total) and installed off my hdd....the prob i have now is when i go to play the game it asks for me to insert cd3 which i dont have on disk...hmmm

any idea's what i can do?

Just burn the BIN/CUE, they will fit fine. There is a certain amount of overhead for instance a 760MB BIN will generally fit fine on a 700MB CDR.

Other alternative would be to use a noCD crack.
Could have also mounted the images to install rather than unpacking.

U need to use Nero. Go to the 'recorder' tab and select 'burn image'.

...This will allow u to burn any bin file driven off the cue file. You don't need to worry about the size, it will always fit!

...I've burned stuff that windows reports as being 1.5gb onto a 700mb disc, no worries.

You don't "need" to use Nero, in fact personally I don't use Nero to burn BIN/CUE's as I find Alcohol 120% to be much more reliable. Have in the past burnt BIN/CUE's with Nero and had trouble reading certain files. The same image burnt with Alcohol would work fine.
