Wireless Connection

[PJBHC]

Since moving house i've had problems with my connection working for random amounts of time and then cutting off for about 20-30secs, then re-connecting again. The router lights says its still connected but the laptop fails to connect but still says "Wireless Networks are avaliable"
Been in touch with the ISP and they've done tests, rebooted the exchange ports and such but I still have this problem.

I'm wondering is the problem based around the router to laptop connection ??
On the image below does the dotted line mean it's a fault ??

Dotted line = wireless connection
Solid line = wire connection

Try to update the driver for the wireless adapter 1st.
