Hey all,
My Friends pc has developed a blue screen, the 'if you this is the first time you have seen this, restart your system.' one. Where do i start in trying to trouble shoot? Only new program hes installed i think is office 2007, i doubt very much hes installed any new hardware. He said the last thing he did was download a phone bill on his pc and then it started doing this.
Hes running xp if that helps any. It was bought new around christmas time for pc world. I first advised him to give there tech support a ring.
But i wondered if there is any advise i could give him, or if i pop round i could have a quick look into for him.
