Ok i had a cookie folder in my Administator file it gone now were would it go to i had spywere on my pc and took it off because it was makeing my pc not work 100% after i took it off the cookie folder was gone any hekp thanks i am not a pc guy

Most, if not all Anti-Spyware software will remove cookies .... my guess would be this was the cause.

ok how do i clean my cookies now Anti-Spyware software i took it off over 30 days now and i had Anti-Spyware software on my pc for over 3 years too and never had it happen thanks

I'm not too certain what your issue was, but if you are looking to simply clear your cookies, this can be done from Internet Explorer (assuming this is your browser).
Go to Tools, click on Internet Options and under the General tab, you have the option to delete cookies.
